Integrity

If you notice or suspect that an employee or volunteer from our organisation is not acting with integrity, please report this to us. Our Integrity Officer will assess your report.

Our integrity policy

Integrity is a real hallmark of a professional and reliable organisation. An organisation that acts with integrity is an organisation that does justice to all interested parties. In our case, they are the employees, volunteers, directors, donors, project partners and other associates. Trees for All has drawn up an integrity policy in accordance with the requirements set by the CBF in its certification.

We aim to prevent the violation of integrity and to provide those concerned with a simple procedure for reporting suspected abuses and violations.

What is a violation of integrity?

We distinguish between several types of violation:

  • Violations concerning the abuse of power: corruption, conflict of interest, use/misuse of confidential information, culpable negligence;
  • Financial violations: fraud, theft, personal enrichment, misuse and waste of property;
  • Interpersonal violations: discrimination, intimidation, humiliation, violence, bullying, sexual harassment, sexual violence;
  • Criminal misconduct outside working hours.
