Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint, we are genuinely concerned by it and aim to deal with it as quickly and as well as possible. You can read about the procedure in our complaints procedure.

Our integrity policy

If you notice or suspect that an employee or volunteer from our organisation is not acting with integrity, please report this to us. Our Integrity Officer will assess your report.
